Kalavani Mappillai is new entrant for Deepavali :- Vijay’s Sarkar is all set for release this Deepavali in a big way. And the latest entrant to the race for festive day is Attakthi Dinesh starrer Kalavani Mappillai.
Adithi Menon is the heroine. Anandhraj, Devayani, Manobala, Mahandadhi Shankar among others form part of the cast. N R Raghunanthan, who made his debut as music composer with Seenu Ramaswamy’s Neer Paravai, is scoring music.
The movie is produced and directed by Gandhi Manivasagam, son of who produced movies in the past including Kattabomman, Namma Ooru Poovatha, Raakiyi Koil, Nadodi Mannan among others.
‘It is a commercial entertainer. There is abundant laughter and Dinesh has done a fabulous job. We shot a major portion of the film in Pollachi.
The movie has abundant things to entertain audience on Deepavali day. Hence we chose to come for Deepavali.
People will be entertained as it is appropriate for a festive occasion’, says Gandhi Manivasagam.
It looks likely that Vijay Antony starrer Thimiru Pidichavan has pulled out of the race.
