Vijay Antony sounded confident that his Thimiru Pudichavan will hit the screens in a big way for Deepavali (6 November). Remember Vijay’s Sarkar is getting a mega release on the day and expectations are high on the movie.
Amidst such a scenario, there are talks in the industry that Thimiru Pudichavan might be pushed by a couple of weeks. However it is still not official.
Remember in that case, Thimiru Pidicavan will be out 16 November. And 16 November is already a busy date. Jyothika’s Kaatrin Mozhi, Jayam Ravi’s Adangamaru, Vijay Sethupathi’s Seethakathi, Nakul’s Sei, and Udhaya’s Utharavu Maharaja are scheduled to come on the day.
Thimiru Pidichavan is directed by Ganesha. The movie features him in the role of a tough police officer. Vijay Antony in the role of a police officer. Nivetha Pethuraj plays the heroine. Sources say that they have to get adequate screens to ensure a Deepavali release.
