Filmmaker Hari and Suriya share an excellent rapport. The two teamed up to do five movies in the past – three installments of singam, Aaru and Vel. They come together for record sixth time now. Thanking fans for the positive response to his recent release Saamy Square, Hari confirmed that his next film will have Suriya in the lead role.
Sources close to the filmmaker said that the film will not be the continuation of Singam series but fans can expect a family action entertainer like Vel. Suriya’s 2D Entertainment will produce the film of Hari which will go on floors only by mid of 2019.
Suriya is busy now shooting for KV Anand’s film. His long-pending political action drama NGK by Selvaraghavan is also on the floors. Buzz is that Suriya would be part of an action thriller which will be directed by Sudha Kongara of Irudhi Suttru fame.
