SPB, Karthi & Harris :- Veteran playback singer S P Balasubrahmanyam has rendered several thousand songs right from MGR days. He has crooned for four generation of actors. And the latest to act for his voice is Karthi.
For his forthcoming film Dev, Karthi appears in a sign that is crooned by S P Balasubrahmanyam. Karthi wrote in his Twitter, ‘SPB Sir sings for #DEV. From National Panasonic radio set days as a kid till date.. always spellbound by his magical voice… Never even dreamt of me appearing on screen when his voice reverberates in the theatres. #Surreal
The movie is almost complete. Produced by Lakshman of Prince Pictures, Dev boasts a promising list of actors including Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishnan, Amrudha, Vignesh, Vamsi, Ravi and veteran Karthik in key characters. Dev is likely to release for Christmas 2018.
Dev is a commercial entertainer and a major portion of the movie was shot in North India.
