Radhika Sarathkumar's Radaan Media Works is on an expansion mode. The content solutions provider has floated a film production firm called I Pictures. And its maiden venture venture will be Naangu Vazhi Saalai.
The film will feature Sarath Kumar and a host of actors in lead roles. It is a remake of Malayalam hit Traffic, which made waves in Kerala recently.
Speaking to reporters in Chennai, Radaan's chief executive officer Murali Raman and chief operating officer Subha Venkat said plans are in the pipeline to make a Malay movie too.
'Also, we are planning to hold a star night series all over the world, following the success of our recent show Vanakkam London,' they said.
Subha said Radaan Actor Prepares, an action school, has successfully brought out its first batch last month when filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon was present at the convocation ceremony to give away the graduation certificate to the future actors.
She said the students of Actor Prepares will be acting in Naangu Vazhi Saalai and a movie to be produced by Aascar Films.
