After Khakha Khaka and Varanam Ayiram, the hit combination of Suriya and director Goutham Menon will be back on big screen.
Suriya will be directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon for a movie titled Thuppariyum Anandhan, to be produced by Photon Kathas.
Buzz is that Suriya will playa detective in the movie, that will go to floors in 2013. Suriya will start shooting for the movie after he completes Maatran and Singham 2. The movie would begin after Goutham completes Yohan... with Vijay.
Says Suriya, 'when Gautham and I come together, people expect romance, great songs and action. However, 'Thuppariyum Anandhan' will offer the audience all this and so much more packaged in a style never seen before.'
On his part, Gautham says, 'I am really excited that Suriya has come on board to do Thuppariyum Anandhan with me. This will be an action adventure in a contemporary styled period film. All cliches associated with making a period film will be broken with this effort.'
