Kovai Sarala, after the success of Kanchana, is the most sought-after comedian in Tamil cinema.
For some personal reasons, she was concentrating only Telugu films and did not do any Tamil projects. However after Kanchana and its success, she is back in the hunt.
Recently, she signed Paagan, a film in which she plays Srikanth’s mother. According to its director Mohammad Aslam, Paagan is a laugh riot and has Janani Iyer playing Srikanth’s love interest. The movie has music by James Vasanthan.
