Meanwhile, security has been tightened at the stadium and the hotel where the players are staying. Sources in the CSK camp denied reports that the match may be cancelled.
A section of Tamil film industry led by filmmakers Bharathirajaa, Ameer, RK Selvamani and V Sekar floated an association called 'Tamil Panpaattu Peravai' today. Speaking on the occasion, they jointly said, 'Holding PL at a time when Tamilnadu is fighting for its rights in Cauvery water is an attempt to divide youngsters. How can we celebrate when there is grief in our house'.

They said, 'In solidarity with Tamils, they should postpone the match slated for tomorrow'.

Asked what they decide to go ahead with the matches, Bharathiraja, said, 'We cannot disclose our strategy. But we will protest and disrupt the game'.
